Shipping Delays
We recommend placing your order well in advance, especially if you have deadlines, appointments, or events. While an estimated delivery date is provided at checkout, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control — including inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier issues. Holidays do not count as business days. Delivery timelines are managed by Royal Mail, and shipping fees will not be reimbursed in the event of delays.
Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
Incorrect or incomplete address details are the leading cause of delivery issues. Please ensure all necessary information — including flat or apartment numbers — is provided accurately when placing your order. We cannot issue refunds for orders that are refused, abandoned, or undeliverable due to incorrect address details. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
International Shipments
International orders must clear customs, and the rules vary by country. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees, or duties, and to arrange any permits or paperwork that may be required. Invoices are included with all shipments and are the only documents provided.
