DELIVERY
Sgnature Requirement
All deliveries will require a signature upon receipt.
We strive to meet the delivery timelines outlined below.
UK Next Day Delivery – £10
Place your order before 3 PM from Monday to Thursday for guaranteed next working day delivery across mainland UK. This excludes weekends and bank holidays.
For orders placed after 3 PM on Thursday, delivery will be processed on the following Monday. If you prefer Saturday delivery, please select the appropriate option.
UK Guaranteed Saturday Delivery – £12.00
Place your order before 3 PM on Friday for guaranteed delivery on Saturday across mainland UK. Bank holidays are excluded.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We aim to meet the delivery timeframes provided below.
Europe Premium Delivery – £18.00
(Delivery within 2-5 working days after order confirmation)
Our European deliveries, both standard and premium, are sent via courier services and require a signature upon receipt. Delivery is typically between 9 AM and 5 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
USA/Canada Express Delivery – £45.00
(Delivery within 2-7 working days after order confirmation)
Express deliveries to the USA and Canada are sent via courier and will require a signature upon delivery. Deliveries are scheduled between 9 AM and 5 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Rest of the World Standard Delivery – £45.00
(Delivery within 3-7 working days after order confirmation)
For worldwide shipments, deliveries will take place between 9 AM and 5 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
DELIVERY DURING SALE, PROMOTIONAL, OR HOLIDAY PERIODS
Please be aware that processing times for orders placed during sales, promotions, or holidays may extend up to 7 working days.

Shipping Delays
We recommend placing your order well in advance, particularly if you have deadlines, appointments, or events. While we provide an estimated delivery date upon order placement, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control such as inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier-related issues. Please note that holidays do not count as business days when calculating delivery times. Delivery timelines are managed by Royal Mail, and shipping fees will not be reimbursed in the event of delays.
Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Address
Incorrect or incomplete address details are the leading cause of delivery issues. Please ensure that all necessary information, including flat or apartment numbers, is provided accurately when placing your order. Your order will be shipped to the address you supply via Royal Mail. We cannot issue refunds for orders refused, abandoned, or undeliverable due to incorrect address details.
If your package is returned due to incorrect address information, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs. Refunds will not be provided for refused or undeliverable packages.
International Shipments
International orders must clear customs, and the rules for this vary by country. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees, or duties, as well as to arrange for any permits or paperwork that might be required. Invoices are included with all shipments and are the only documents provided.
