REFUNDS AND RETURNS

If for any reason you wish to return your item(s), please note the following:

Due to the nature of our products, we only provide refunds or exchanges on merchandise, hair bundles, closures, and frontals. Exchanges are available for items of equal value. If the exchanged product is of lower value, store credit will be offered.

Please note, sales of “Maano Wigs,” “Create Your Own Wigs,” and “Colored Bundles” are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances. Any items bought on sale or with a discount are also final and non-returnable.

You may request a refund or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • All items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, untampered, and in the same condition as when received.
  • Returns or exchanges will be denied if the seal on the hair extension packaging has been broken.
  • All returns or exchanges must be initiated within 5 days from the recorded delivery date.

For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the product. We recommend using a courier service that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Once the returned product is received and inspected, if it is in its original, unused condition, we will exchange it for another item of equal or greater value. If the exchange is for a product of greater value, the customer will be required to cover the price difference and additional shipping costs.

Exchanged items are typically dispatched within 1-5 working days after the shipping payment is received.

To process a refund: Once the returned product is received and inspected to ensure it is in its original, unused condition, a refund will be issued for the total amount paid, excluding delivery charges (if applicable), using the original payment method. For online purchases, please allow 3-10 working days for the refund to be processed. If payment was made with cash at our salon, a cash refund or bank transfer can be arranged.

Please note, returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 5 days of receiving your order under any circumstances.

We will not accept any items that have been used, altered (e.g., brushed, combed, dyed, cut, or washed), or removed from their cable ties. Due to Health and Safety Regulations, human hair products that have been used cannot be returned. This includes hair that has been removed from the bundle. We follow strict hygiene and legal policies regarding the return of hair. All returned items must be in their original, unused, and resalable condition.

Once the returned product has been thoroughly inspected, we will process your refund. Please note that refunds may take up to 7 working days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank’s processing times.
