Refunds & Returns

Our policy on returns, exchanges, and refunds for Maano Hair products.

Eligible Items

We only provide refunds or exchanges on merchandise, hair bundles, closures, and frontals. Exchanges are available for items of equal value. If the exchanged product is of lower value, store credit will be offered.

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order. We will not accept any requests after this period under any circumstances.

Final Sale Items: Sales of Maano Wigs, Create Your Own Wigs, and Coloured Bundles are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Items bought on sale or with a discount are also final and non-returnable.

Return Conditions

All items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unworn, untampered, and in the same condition as when received.

Returns or exchanges will be denied if the seal on the hair extension packaging has been broken.

We will not accept items that have been used or altered — including brushed, combed, dyed, cut, washed, or removed from cable ties. Due to Health & Safety Regulations, used human hair products cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a courier with tracking and delivery confirmation — we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

Once the returned product is received and confirmed in its original unused condition, we will exchange it for another item of equal or greater value. If the exchange is for a higher-value product, the customer covers the price difference and any additional shipping costs.

Exchanged items are typically dispatched within 1–5 working days after the shipping payment is received.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the total amount paid, excluding delivery charges, using the original payment method.

For online purchases, please allow 3–10 working days for the refund to be processed. If payment was made in cash at our salon, a cash refund or bank transfer can be arranged.

Refunds may take up to 7 working days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank's processing times.
