By booking an appointment with Maanohair and Beauty Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking & Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service cost is required to secure all appointments, including salon and home service bookings.
Your appointment date and time will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Home Service Appointments

Home service appointments are subject to availability and may incur an additional travel fee.
Clients must provide a clean, safe, and suitable workspace with access to electricity and adequate lighting.

Wig & Frontal Installation Services

All wig and frontal installation services require pre-styling and pre-customisation before the appointment date.
All hair and wigs must be received by Maano hair and Beauty Studio at least 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled appointment.
This allows sufficient time for customisation, styling, and preparation to achieve the best results.

Late Hair Submission

If the hair or wig is not received at least 72 hours before the appointment, Maanohair and Beauty Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the appointment.
Any delay in providing the hair may affect the quality and timing of the service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with adequate notice and subject to availability.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new appointment date at the discretion of Maanohair and Beauty Studio.
